Ed was very knowledgeable & I luv his easy way of explaining various elements of the sale both before & after. I was extremely happy with him & already referred him to my friend. He's the best.

We have worked with Ed three times now and he makes it a point to make you feel comfortable, knowledgeable, and excited about your purchase. We found our recent home through a public listing and once we did, Ed came in to negotiate and deal with a sticky situation with the sellers. He managed it well and professionally, he looked out for our interest as the number one, and he kept us up to date on everything. We trust Ed, which was the biggest thing. He handled everything in the close so well and thoughtfully and we are so happy with how the purchase turned out!

Ed Deveau did extremely well. He listened to our needs and explained the market and sales history in our neighborhood . Steered us in the right direction and understood that this was our family home for the past 70 years and hoped that a new family would purchase and love our home and neighborhood as much as we all did.

Ed was awesome to work with. Always open for us to bounce idea's off of him, gave his opinion when he saw fit but did not push or force us into anything and understood our situation. His knowledge of East Boston was really fantastic to have, describing the different neighborhoods & what's on the horizon for this growing section of Boston. I really felt that he worked for us whether it be the punch list or working late on the weekends.

We had a less then ideal inspection on our first offer and he guided us first time home buyers through that and into a place that we can now call home.
